organization

that
will
train
church
members
to
become
competent
lay

comprehensive
biblical
counseling
approach
and
an
intensive
internship

Counselor
Activities

ongoing
oversight
and
supervision
of
those
lay
biblical
counselors
that
complete
its
training
and
internship.
The
benefit
to
pastors
is
they
do
not
have
to
carry
an
added
burden
of
overseeing
and/or
supervising
the
lay
biblical
counselors
who
are
counseling
their
church
